Getting to the Thane West studio
We are at 1 Boulevard, Lodha Splendora, on Ghodbunder Road at Bhayandarpada. That puts us on the main road through the lake-city belt, so Majiwada, Kasarvadavali, Kolshet, Owale and Waghbil are all a short run, and Mira Road and Bhayandar come straight across Ghodbunder rather than through Thane city.
From Thane station allow about twenty minutes depending on how the Eastern Express Highway is moving; from Mulund check-naka it is usually quicker. Borivali and the Western suburbs come over the Ghodbunder link, which is the fastest crossing between the two halves of the city outside peak hours.
There is parking in the complex, which is the main practical reason clients from further out prefer to come here once for templating rather than start with a home visit. Riders should note we ask specifically about helmet use: daily helmet friction ends more units in this belt than humidity does.
What happens at your first visit here
About 45 minutes, and nothing is bonded or ordered until you have seen a price in writing.
Step 1
Scalp assessment in daylight rather than salon lighting, plus a specific conversation about helmet use, commute and sweat - the three things that decide base and adhesive here.
Step 2
A cling-film template of the exact loss area. About ten minutes, and it is what makes the perimeter follow your hairline instead of a factory curve.
Step 3
A small hair sample cut from the back and matched for colour, grey percentage, wave pattern and shine against our sample rings.
Step 4
A written price band before you leave, and a place on the servicing rota. Nothing is ordered and nothing is bonded on this visit.
