What is included in a hair system quote?
A complete hair system quote states the unit price (₹8,000–₹45,000 by product), the exact base and hair specification, turnaround (3–7 weeks), and confirms that consultation, template and hair match are free. It should also state the expected bonding frequency, ₹1,500–₹4,500 per visit, so you know the ongoing cost, not just the unit.

Should ongoing products be on the quote?
It is reasonable for adhesives and system-safe shampoo, conditioner and styling products, ₹800 to ₹1,500 a month, to sit as a separate line rather than folded into the unit price, since it is a genuinely ongoing cost independent of the specific unit bought. What matters is that it is mentioned at all, even as a single stated monthly range, rather than left for a client to discover only after the first month of ownership.
A quote that never mentions ongoing products is not automatically dishonest — many clients would find products at consultation anyway — but asking about it upfront avoids treating a genuinely recurring cost as a surprise later. It is a fair, separate line, not something that has to be bundled into the headline number to count as disclosed.
Is repair cost ever part of the initial quote?
Not usually as a line item, and that is fair, since repair, ₹2,000 to ₹12,000, is irregular rather than scheduled — some clients on a well-matched base and disciplined bonding rarely need one. What a proper quote should do instead is disclose that repair pricing exists and roughly what it costs, so it is not a surprise the first time a repair is actually needed.
